The City of West Plains will hold a special election on November 4th to decide the fate of the Parkside House in the Butler Children’s Park. Absentee ballots are available now at the Howell County Clerk’s Office. You can also apply to receive an absentee ballot by mail. Applications must be received by 5pm October 23rd. The deadline to register to vote is October 9th.
