A man and woman from Horseshoe Bend were injured in an accident in Batesville Wednesday. According to reports, 75 year old Orville Clifton of Horseshoe Bend pulled the car he was driving into the path of a pickup driven by 47 year old Ron Cleveland of Drasco. A passenger in Clifton’s car, 77 year old Elsie Clifton was also injured. Both Orville and Elsie Clifton were taken to White River Medical Center for treatment of their injuries.
