A Mountain Home teen facing two felony counts of sexual indecency with a child has pleaded not guilty. 19 year old Devontae James Sipps was in court Thursday and entered the plea. The charges stem from an incident involving a 14 year old girl. Sipps is being held on $25,000 bond.
