A Doniphan man was arrested in Butler County Saturday night. 42 year old Randy Hubbard was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance meth, possession of marijuana less than 10 grams, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and no seat belt. He was taken to Butler County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
