Stone County Arkansas Authorities are reporting the arrest of two men in separate cases. 42 year old Gary Ankeney was arrested and charged with first degree terroristic threatening. Ankeney allegedly threatened to kill his ex and her male friend. Ankeney was taken to Stone County jail and bond was set at $5,000 42 year old Rusty Sims was arrested in Mountain View Arkansas on charges of felony possession of drug paraphernalia to test or analyze meth and felony possession of drug paraphernalia with the purpose to use,.
