A man from Cotter has been arrested after a stabbing incident. 36 year old Aaron Tullos was charged with felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor first degree criminal mischief. Tullos allegedly ran up on the hood of a car and attempted to stab a man in the car, cutting his shirt and scratching him. Tullos has a history of arrest, reportedly being booked in Baxter County Detention facility 56 times. He is free now after posting $11,590 bond.
