A Pocahontas man has been arrested for the third time this year on rape charges. Logan Anthony Dale was arrested on suspicion of rape after police got a call from the Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children Unit about a third possible victim. Dale allegedly admitted to having non consensual sex with the victim. Dale had been arrested back in June and again in early September on rape charges. Dale’s bond was set at $500,000.
