A woman from Alton has been arrested. According to information from the Thayer Police Department, 34 year old Samantha Mansfield was arrested on an Oregon County warrant for felony possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, felony unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, amphetamine or methamphetamine, felony resisting/interfering with arrest for felony and misdemeanor stealing less than $150 value. She is being held in Thayer Jail without bond.
