A Sharp County man was injured in a two vehicle accident in Searcy. 31 year old Delbert Young of Evening Shade was injured when a tractor trailer driven by 57 year old Calvin Mallard of Augusta hit the vehicle that Young was driving, when Young tried to merge onto highway 67-167 from an exit ramp. Young suffered serious injuries and was taken to Searcy Medical Center.
