Brittany Kunkel (Sharp County) was the winner of the “Best of the Best” competition at the North Central Arkansas District Fair. Brittany was presented with a buckle by the NCAD Fair and a $500 tuition scholarship from Ozarka College in memory of the Nancy Orr. Mrs. Nancy was a founding board member of the district fair and served on the board of directors of Ozarka College Foundation. The NCA District Fair Board of Directors and Livestock Superintendents want to express their appreciation to Ozarka College for providing this scholarship award in memory of Nancy Orr and supporting the junior livestock program. The award was presented by Kathy Austin, president of the NCA District Fair board of directors.
