A Mountain Home man was arrested twice in one night. 32 year old Andrew Smith allegedly violated a no-contact order against his wife. Smith was arrested after a report of a physical disturbance at a residence on Finch Drive. police say Smith was angry that his wife had locked him in the garage. Smith’s wife allegedly told authorities that she locked him in the garage because she was afraid he would hurt her. The was a 4 month old child and a 7 year old child in the home. Smith was arrested and released about an hour later on bond. Smith then went back to the house to allegedly get some clothes. His wife called 911 and when the deputy arrived Smith walked out of the door of the garage. Smith said he knew he was violating a no-contact order, but just wanted his clothes. Smith was taken back to jail and was held without bond.
