Authorities in Oregon County are reporting the eradication of more than 400 marijuana plants. The Oregon County Sheriff’s Department, Alton Police, Missouri State Highway patrol and the South Central Drug task force discovered a large marijuana growing operation in the Northern part of the county. The plants will be destroyed by the Missouri State Highway patrol. Authorities continue to investigate.
