A man from Mountain View Missouri was arrested by the Highway Patrol Tuesday afternoon. 42 year old Kenny Dean was arrested on a felony probation and parole warrant for burglary, driving while intoxicated drugs, and operating an ATV on a roadway without a safety flag. He was taken to the Howell County Jail and is being held without bond.
