A Mountain Grove woman was injured in an accident in Douglas County Wednesday afternoon. According to reports 61 Rose Weisbrod-Lucas suffered moderate injuries when she crossed the centerline and sideswiped a big truck driven by 47 year old Jimmy Haynes of Ava. Lucas then ran off te roadway and overturned. She was taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. The accident happened Rt 95 about two miles north of Vanzant.
