A man from Houston faces assault charges after allegedly choking and punching a woman. 30 year old Chad Hutsell is charged with felony second degree domestic assault and misdemeanors of second degree endangering the welfare of a child and second degree property damage. Hutsell’s bond was set at $500,000.
