A man from Washington Missouri was arrested by the Highway Patrol in Howell County late last night. 41 year old Zachary Sullentrup was arrested on three felony Franklin County warrants for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, and a felony Franklin County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Sullentrup was taken to Howell County Jail and is being held without bond.
