A Mountain Home man who allegedly pulled a gun on a man in March during a heated dispute has been sentenced. 38 year old Chris Brim allegedly went to a residence on county road 419  to try to get a pickup truck that allegedly belonged to Brim’s mother and her estranged husband who was living at the residence. The two got into a heated argument and Brim allegedly pulled a handgun and demanded that his stepfather give him the truck.  The man then went into the house to get the keys but locked the doors and waited for police to arrive. Brim was sentenced to six years probation under the first offenders act, meaning if he stays out of trouble during probation he can apply to have his court records sealed.
