Izard County Authorities have arrested a man from Maine on Rape charges. 21 year old Brandon White was arrested on one count of felony class Y rape, which is the most serious class of crime in Arkansas not punishable by death. The incident allegedly involves an 11 year old victim and happened about 6 years ago. White is being held on $50,000 bond.
