The national Weather service has now confirmed that a tornado did touch down Monday morning in northern Howell County. The NWS says the EF-0 struck southwest of Willow Springs with wind speeds of 85 mph. The Tornado was on the ground less than a minute and reportedly uprooted and snapped several trees.
