West Plains Police are reporting the arrest of a man in connection with the two shooting in West Plains on Monday. Christopher L. Dusenbury was arrested last night at a residence on Crestwood Circle. Officers with search warrants for the residence attempted to negotiate with the occupants for over two hours. SWAT team members then made forcible entry through the front door just after 1 this morning. Dusenbury was arrested and is charged with two counts of first degree assault, two counts of armed criminal action and four counts of discharging shooting a firearm at or from a motor vehicle at a person, motor vehicle or habitable structure persistant offender. His bond is set at $250,000
