The DEA National Drug Take back Day is tomorrow from 10-2 and several area law enforcement agencies are participating. From 10 am until 2 pm you may drop off any unused, unwanted prescription drugs. Take back events will be held In Thayer at the Police Station, In West plains at the Howell County Sheriff’s Office. Also participating is the Sheriff’s Departments in Carter County. and Texas County, Ripley County Sheriff’s Department will collect at the Doniphan police Department, Baxter County Sheriff’s Department will be at Orschelin Farm and Home In Mountain Home for their take back. Izard County sheriff’s Department has drop boxes at the Sheriff’s Department in Melbourne and at their Sub-station in Horseshoe Bend. Cabool Police are also doing a take back.
