A man from Winona was arrested by the highway patrol early this morning in Shannon County. 44 year old Daniel Bland was arrested for being a felon in possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon, possession of meth, driving while suspended and on a Shannon county warrant for traffic violations. He was taken to Shannon County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
