A Marion County man has been arrested on sexual assault charges. 34 year old David Alan Hoolihan of Summit is charged with 10 counts of incest and one count of second degree sexual assault. Hoolihan allegedly admitted to having sexual intercourse with a 16 year old female. The Sexual assault charge allegedly involved an 11 year old girl. Hoolihan is being held on $100,000 bond.
