A man was arrested in Fulton County with what is being called a homemade shotgun. 33 year old Matthew Arnold was arrested after his vehicle was searched and two galvanized cut off pipes were located together with a clamp. a 12 gauge shotgun live round was located in one pipe the other was hollow with a makeshift trigger mechanism attached. Several more rounds were found in a plastic bag. Arnold was charged with being a certain person in possession of a firearm.
