Izard County Authorities are investigating a shooting Monday morning near Melbourne. According to reports the Sheriff’s office received a call at 5:45 Monday morning about the shooting at the 1200 block of Knob Creek Road. 30 year old Kyle Cantrell was found with several gunshot wounds. He was taken to a local hospital with undisclosed injuries. Anyone with information is asked to cal the Sheriff’s Department.
