Two people have been arrested in connection with several vehicle break-ins in Mountain Home. 43 year old Christopher Leon Osburn of Mountain Home and 24 year old Tanner Ray Seboid of Yelleville are both charged with theft by receiving for possession of stolen firearms. Both men face additional charges discovered during the investigation into the break-ins. Osborn was also accused along with 22 year old Rebecca Higgins of entering a residence unlawfully, where Osburn allegedly beat another man with a pistol while Higgins stole items from the man. Higgins faces only misdemeanor charges. Seboid was arrested after a search of the room he was staying in at Executive Inn found drugs and firearms, Bond for both men is set at $25,000
