The Highway Patrol arrested a man from Mountain View on felony charges. 31 year old Jon Little was arrested for felony possession of a stolen vehicle. Driving while revoked, careless and imprudent driving, failure to display plates and leaving the scene of an accident. He was taken to Texas County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
