A Cave City man was arrested in West Plains after a woman who had been beaten was found in the sleeper cab of a tractor trailer. 30 year old Joseph Walker is charged with first degree assault involving serious injury. Walker was arrested by the Highway Patrol and allegedly had a history of criminal activity.
