An Arkansas County Collector will be in court in Oregon County on December 4th to face DWI charges. 43 year old Jennifer Marie Zitzelberger of Pocahontas is the Randolph County Collector and was stopped in June by the Highway Patrol in Oregon County. She pleaded not guilty in September then her initial appearance set for October 30th was postponed until December 4th.
