A man from Violet Hill was arrested in Baxter County on felony drug charges. 35 year old joseph Lyons was arrested on felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia and parole violation. His bond was set at $7,500.
