A man from Mississippi was arrested by the Highway Patrol Friday afternoon in Wright County. 36 year old Ryan Channel was arrested for felony possession of heroin, driving while intoxicated drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. Channel was taken to Wright County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
