Yesterday we reported that Thayer Police had arrested a man from Alton on several charges. 49 year old Shawn Barton was arrested on Saturday on two Ozark County warrants. Sunday an Oregon County warrant was issued for Barton and today we learn that the Oregon County warrant was for felony first degree sodomy or attempted sodomy with victim less than 12 years old, felony second degree child molestation child less than 12 years old and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held without bond.
