The Howell County Sheriff’s Department reports four arrests in separate incidents. 46 year old Clinton Ray Highfield of Pomona was arrested for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance. Hs bond was set at $25,000. 21 year old Jayson Alexander McDaniel of West Plains was arrested for failure to appear on charges of forgery, possession of a controlled substance and driving while revoked/suspended. His bond was set at $17,000. 51 year old Emmitt Eugene Farrell of Caulfield was arrested for failure to appear for second degree burglary and probation violation on a conviction of stealing. He was released on $7,500 bond. 24 year old Jesse Ray Ward of West Plains was arrested for stealing. His bond was set at $2,000.
