The Howell County Sheriff’s Department reports several arrests. 20 year old Justin Lucas Smith of West Plains was arrested for probation violation from Wyoming and Howell County Charges for being a fugitive from out of state. He was released on $50,000 bail. 25 year old Ashley Leanne Cooper of west Plains was arrested for stealing a motor vehicle and probation violation on a conviction of possession of a controlled substance. Her bond was set at $13,500. 24 year old Joshua Paul Reed was arrested on Sharp County Arkansas charge of probation violation and Lawrence County charge of failure to appear. He is being held with bond set at $11,855. 45 year old Christopher Paul Lawrence of Thayer was arrested on a Jefferson County charge of probation violation, He is being held without bond. 48 year old John William Johnson of Mammoth Spring was arrested on a Fulton County Charge of failure to appear for possession of a firearm and a Howell County charge of being a fugitive from out of state. He is being held without bond.
