A Fulton County woman has been arrested in Baxter County on drug charges. The Baxter County Sheriff’s Office reports that 53 year old Kimberly Martin of Gepp was arrested on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance-meth, two counts of felony possession of drug paraphernalia, felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance, felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance with the purpose to deliver and 3 misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $10,000 and she will be in court December 5th.
