The Oregon County Sheriff’s Department arrested a man from Tennessee on Friday on warrants from both Tennessee and Oregon County. 69 year old Darrell Black of Riceville TN was arrested on a McMinn County Tn warrant for violation of sex offender registry requirements and on an Oregon County warrant for felony fugitive from out of state. He was taken to ThayerJail and bond was set at $5,000 cash or $20,000 surety.
