A Salem Arkansas man was arrested in Izard County. 43 year old Darren Pharris was arrested for fleeing from an officer, driving an unsafe vehicle, careless driving, no proof on insurance and a faulty muffler. His bond set at $1,850 and he will be in court December 12th.
