A man who took a Van in Izard County with out asking was arrested in Independence County. 42 year old Kenneth Ray Garrison of Lexa Arkansas was spotted by Independence County Authorities driving at a high rate of speed, he allegedly turned into a driveway, them jumped from the vehicle and fled on foot. He was arrested a short time later without incident. Garrison is charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle in Izard County and with fleeing on foot and driving on a suspended license in Independence County
