A Horseshoe Bend teenager was arrested on drug charges. 19 year old Raven Michael Gullivar was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. His bond was set at $1,940 and he was given a court date on January 7th
