A Mountain Home man was arrested for felony sexual assault. 21 year old Jacob Lathan was arrested after the Arkansas abuse hotline received a report that a 14 year old girl allegedly exchanged a sex act in return for a ride from a man in the Norfork Area. Lathan is charged with fourth degree felony sexual assault and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was released on $5,000 bond.
