A man from Summersville faces felony charges after his arrest on Friday. 33 year old William Hebert is charged with first degree burglary and attempt to tamper with a motor vehicle. Hebert also allegedly resisted arrest and attempted to bite deputies and move to the driver’s seat in a patrol car. He was taken to Texas County Jail and bail was set at $400,000
