An Ozark County woman has waived her right to a jury trial for the murder of her daughter. Rebecca Ruud is accused of murdering her daughter, 16 year old Savannah Leckie and burning her corpse. Her husband Robert Peat Jr is also charged in the death. Ruud will be back in court January 13th .
