A man from Doniphan was arrested by the Highway patrol Wednesday afternoon. 29 year old Brett Robert was arrested on a Ripley County warrant for failure to appear and for possession of a controlled substance-hydrocodone pills. He was taken to the Ripley County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
