An Independence County woman was arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop. 49 year old Johnnia Summers of Sulphur Rock was arrested after officers found in her pockets a glass smiking device containing meth residue and a plastic baggie containing meth. A passenger in the vehicle 64 year old Gary Summers had a warrant for his arrest, Both were taken to the Independence County jail.
