A Little Rock man was arrested on drug charges in Independence County. 37 year old Jonathan Bristow was arrested when officers discovered a syringe and two plastic baggies on the floorboard of his vehicle. One baggie tested positive for meth the other tested positive as an opioid. Bristow is being held awaiting formal charges.
