The Third Annual Battle Of the Border Tournament started Monday night at Mammoth Spring High School.
The Mammoth Spring lady Bears opened with a 54-26 win over Bakersfield. Lauren Mitchell led all scorers with 19 points, Megyn Upton added 14. Sierra Carter led Bakersfield with 6 points.
The Hillcrest girls and boys both get wins at the tournament. Hillcrest beat Gainesville 48-40, Hillcrest boys defeated Mountain Home Christian Academy 73-54.
