A Mountain View Missouri woman has been indicted by a federal grand jury for a Social security Fraud Scheme. 46 year old Laura Oglesby is charged in an eight count indictment. The Federal grand jury alleges that on three separate occasions she fraudulently applied to receive a social security card by using personal information from another person. She is charged with three counts of intentionally furnishing false information to the social security administration, one count of false representation of a social security number and four counts of aggravated identity theft.
