The West Plains Christmas parade is this Saturday and after the parade the Downtown in December Festival will begin. I talked to West Plains Community Marketing Director Todd Shanks about it
The Parade starts at 4pm. The Downtown In December Festival should start around 5:30. Mr Shanks said there will be some venders set up with food and crafts and he encourages everyone to come out and enjoy the day.
