The Missouri State highway patrol is reporting the arrest of a man from Mountain Grove Thursday. 36 year old Thomas Hines was arrested on a felony Texas County warrant for driving while revoked, a misdemeanor Wright county warrant for peace disturbance and a misdemeanor West Plains PD warrant for no insurance. HE was taken to Wright County jail.
