Three people have been arrested after police received report of a domestic assault. 32 year old Phillip Webber, 29 year old Katie Webber and 46 year old Leonard Lee were all arrested. Katie Webber is charged with two counts of third degree domestic endangering the welfare of a minor and obstructing governmental operations. He was released on $1,290 bond. Phillip Webber is charged with third degree domestic battery, third degree endangering the welfare of a minor and two counts of resisting arrest and fleeing. He posted $2,220 bond. Lee was arrested for obstructing governmental operations.
